​ We are thrilled to congratulate Dr. Stéphane Aroca-Ouellette, who successfully defended his PhD dissertation titled “Toward Human-Inspired AI: Identifying Data, Building Structures, and Hypothesis-Driven Learning”. Stéphane’s hard work has paid off, and the dissertation committee (composed of Alessandro Roncone, Katharina von der Wense, Bradley Hayes, Maria Pacheco, and Rin Metcalf Susa) was happy to see his continued maturation toward research independence.
